Head of Research and Wellbeing
Fehmidah is Head of Research and Wellbeing at Zeffr and a Professor of Workplace Health Psychology. She has spent her career designing, implementing and evaluating workplace interventions using different methodologies and measurements and is happiest when effecting real change in teams.
